Manufacturing Process and Advantages
Thermo/Vacuum forming is probably the best cost effective
manufacturing method when it comes to fabricating of plastic parts. The process involves turning products from a flat sheet of plastic under heat and pressure.
These are generic items for the process of producing plastic parts Due to the advantages, all of us are exposed to many thermo/vacuum forming products in our daily life. They have replaced many parts previously manufactured from wood, paper, glass and metal.
Row material extrusion and advantages
Specially the material we form includes HIPS, PP,PFT, PVC, K-Resin witch gives the customer advantages like reusability, recyclability, long life , engineered for transportation, any shape and different thicknesses, choice of colours, originality protections and package types that are easy tohandle etc.
